YMD Advisors enjoy catching up over coffee, listening carefully to your progress and concerns and providing gracious wisdom to help you in your ministry. They can also advise you on the most suitable training for your context.
A YMD Advisor is best placed to advise on training options that would benefit individuals and groups.
Individual support
YMD can provide an Advisor to meet with you personally. Conversations are confidential with freedom to speak openly and confidentially about your local context.

YMD can provide an Advisor to meet locally with a group from your church who are ministering to teens.
Mentors
YMD works closely with experienced ministers, pastors and Youth Ministry practitioners who serve as local Mentors to support those developing ministry to young people.
