YOUTH LEADER LUNCHES

Youth leader lunches (or breakfasts/suppers) are a vital element of YMD HUBS. YMD lunches are monthly gatherings where those ministering to young people can enjoy some free food together in a welcoming and supportive environment that needs no preparation and feels nothing like work.

Youth leaders, volunteers, ministers, para-church workers and all who minister to young people are welcome to come along.

YMD Lunches are free from promoting or recruiting so you can relax knowing you won’t be button-holed for anything or pressurised to participate in anything.

PARTNERSHIP

Loneliness and isolation can be a regular feature of any ministry, not least ministry to young people. YMD HUBS provide opportunities for meeting together for mutual support and encouragement.

YMD HUBS can also facilitate partnership opportunities such as pooling resources and potential for partnership youth events and activities, while allowing local teams to shape and run activities in a way most suited to the local context.

YMD Advisors are available to help with planning, implementing and evaluating the various ways you serve teens. Those who’ve engaged with YMD for these services have found this a very valuable process.
